These terms govern your use of NosyStory and the related services offered through the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NosyStory, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NosyStory is a social media utility that may allow users to:

  • Track Instagram account follower changes
  • See who is not following them back
  • Open Instagram stories through supported viewing tools
  • Receive notifications about certain account activity

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app
  • You may be asked to sign in using supported account methods
  • You are responsible for accurate information and account security

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and billing details are presented in the app at the time of purchase.

5. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

6. User Conduct

  • Do not use the app for unlawful or abusive conduct
  • Do not violate Instagram’s own terms or platform rules
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
  • Do not use automated or unauthorized access methods

7. Instagram and Third Parties

NosyStory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram’s own policies and terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NosyStory is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NosyStory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and remove your account when supported.
