Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the InstaNosy app and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using InstaNosy you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

InstaNosy lets you view public content from public Instagram profiles, including:

  • Stories and highlights, without appearing in the viewer list
  • Posts, reels and public profile details
  • The accounts a public profile followed recently, with a gender estimate based on first names that can be wrong
  • A list of favorite profiles that shows when they have new stories

Private profiles and their content cannot be viewed.

3. Free Use and Premium

Without a subscription you can open up to 2 public profiles in full each day. Premium removes this limit and adds saving stories, posts and reels to your photo library. Daily usage limits apply to prevent abuse.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Prices and periods are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the app to harass, stalk, threaten or harm anyone
  • Respect the rights of content owners: saved content is for personal use only and must not be republished
  • Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Do not access the service with scripts or automated tools, or attempt to bypass its limits

6. Instagram and Third Parties

InstaNosy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Public content is retrieved through third-party providers, and its availability depends on them and on the source platform.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use InstaNosy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaNosy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will always load or be up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaNosy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill.

10. Termination and Changes

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
